This Privacy Policy describes the practices of Pipeline Studios LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of personal information collected in connection with the Dynasty platform, accessible at playdynasty.app ("Platform").
This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the Company's Terms of Service and constitutes a binding component of the agreement between the Company and each User of the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent, you may not access or use the Platform.
Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Service.
The Company collects personal information through two primary means: information provided directly by Users and information generated automatically through use of the Platform.

The Company does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. The Company does not use personal information for behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking. The Company does not process, hold, or transfer league funds; accordingly, no financial transaction data related to league funds is collected or retained by the Company.
The Company discloses personal information only in the following circumstances:
The Company does not disclose personal information to other Users of the Platform beyond what is strictly necessary to facilitate league operations that the relevant User has voluntarily joined.
The Company retains personal information for as long as a User's account remains active or as otherwise necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
League data — including franchise history, ownership records, trade logs, rule change history, and audit trail entries — is retained indefinitely as a core and material feature of the Platform. Such data persists regardless of a User's subscription tier or account status. Cancellation or lapse of a paid subscription does not result in the deletion of associated league data.
Upon receipt of a valid account deletion request, the Company will delete or anonymize the requesting User's personal information within thirty (30) days, except to the extent that retention is required by applicable law, necessary to resolve outstanding disputes, or necessary to enforce agreements with the requesting User.
The Company implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Such measures include encrypted data transmission via HTTPS, access controls limiting internal access to personal information, and secure infrastructure hosting.
Payment processing for Founding Prepayments is performed exclusively by Stripe, Inc. and is subject to Stripe's security standards, including compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
No method of data transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. The Company cannot guarantee the absolute security of personal information and expressly disclaims liability for unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

Requests to exercise any of the foregoing rights should be submitted in writing to hello@playdynasty.app. The Company will respond to all rights requests within thirty (30) days of receipt.
The Platform uses session cookies and similar technologies solely to the extent necessary to support core Platform functionality, including maintaining authenticated sessions. The Company does not employ third-party advertising cookies, cross-site tracking technologies, or behavioral profiling tools.
Users may configure their browser to refuse or delete cookies. Doing so may impair certain Platform functionality dependent on session state.
The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18). The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. In the event the Company determines that it has inadvertently collected personal information from an individual under the age of eighteen (18) without verified parental consent, the Company will take prompt steps to delete such information. Persons who believe the Company may have collected personal information from a minor should contact the Company at hello@playdynasty.app.
The Company reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email or prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of such amendments. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy.
The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent amendment.
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising under this Privacy Policy are subject to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Terms of Service.
