This Refund Policy governs all refund rights applicable to purchases made on the Dynasty platform at playdynasty.app and is incorporated by reference into the Company's Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Service.
The Platform is currently in a pre-launch phase. The only purchases available at this time are Founding Prepayments. This Policy reflects the refund rights applicable to Founding Prepayments and, upon Platform launch, to annual subscription fees.
This Policy does not apply to waitlist registrations, which involve no payment obligation.
All Founding Prepayments are subject to the following unconditional refund guarantees:
The Guarantee A refund is automatic and requires no action by the Founding Member. The Guarantee B refund requires timely written request within the prescribed window. The Company will not dispute, condition, or delay refunds to which a Founding Member is entitled under either guarantee.
Except as expressly provided in Section 2 above, all sales are final. The following purchases are non-refundable under all circumstances:
Requests for refunds outside the guarantees described in Section 2 will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the Company's sole discretion. Submission of such a request does not create any entitlement to a refund.
To submit a refund request under Guarantee B, the requesting party must provide the following information in writing to hello@playdynasty.app:
The Company will acknowledge receipt of a refund request within two (2) business days. Approved refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of approval and will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will not be issued by alternative payment methods.
Prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a card issuer or financial institution, the User must submit a refund request directly to the Company pursuant to the procedure set forth in Section 4. The Company honors all legitimate refund requests to which Users are entitled under this Policy and will resolve such requests without the need for chargeback proceedings.
Initiation of a chargeback prior to submitting a refund request to the Company, or where no entitlement to refund exists under this Policy, may result in suspension or termination of the User's account pending resolution of the dispute.
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising under this Policy are subject to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Terms of Service.
